An investigation is underway following a burglary in Newcastle where a number of items of jewellery were stolen.
The force received a report of a break-in on Kingsway West just after 4.30pm on February 5.
A number of high value items were taken during the burglary including jewellery and bags. A men’s GT Aggressor pedal bike was also stolen.
Officers attended the scene and conducted house to house enquiries. An investigation is ongoing with witnesses asked to contact the force with any information.
