A man has been charged with causing the death of a six-year-old girl by dangerous driving.
Sharlotte Sky Naglis died on 19 June 2021 following the collision on Endon Road, Norton Green.
John Owen, aged 45, of the Staffordshire Moorlands area, is due to appear before magistrates at North Staffordshire Justice Centre on Thursday 13 January 2022.
PC Gavin Knott, the investigating officer from the Staffordshire and West Midlands Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “I would urge people not to speculate or comment on social media as to the circumstances surrounding the collision as such comments may prejudice legal proceedings.”
