A man has been charged for drug offences following a stop and search in Burton.
Officers detained a man on Ash Street, Burton at around 2.10pm on December 9.
Zishran Ali, 29, of Ash Street, Burton, was arrested and has been charged with acquire/use/possess criminal property, concerned in supply of heroin, concerned in the supply of crack cocaine, being in possession of a controlled drug of class B - cannabis/cannabis resin, being in possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A - crack cocaine and being in possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A - heroin.
Ali appeared at North Staffordshire Justice Centre on December 10 and is due to appear at Stafford Crown Court in January 2022.
