Officers are appealing for information after a man was stabbed in Tamworth.
At around 5.20pm on Monday (20 December), a 23-year-old man sustained minor stab wounds to his chest and hands, after being attacked in the underpass (under Marlborough Way) near to the Tamworth Community Fire Station.
He was conveyed to hospital by the ambulance service.
The victim has since been discharged from hospital following treatment.
It is believed there were two offenders, one is described as wearing a grey jumper and black tracksuit bottoms.
Officers are appealing for anyone who may have seen what happened or who may have CCTV or dashcam footage of the area at the time to get in touch.
