Officers are appealing for information after a burglary took place at a convenience store in Tamworth.
Police were called at 1.45am on Friday (27 August) to Super News on Middle Entry.
Officers attended and staff reported the rear door alarm to the premises activating.
A black Vauxhall Corsa or Volkswagen, with about four to five males inside, was seen travelling away from the scene at speed towards Lichfield.
A quantity of cigarettes were reported stolen.
Officers are currently reviewing CCTV footage of the area at the time and urge anyone who may have dashcam footage around the time of the incident to get in touch.
