A man and woman have appeared before magistrates this morning (10 April) charged with murder following the death of a man in Newcastle-under-Lyme last autumn.
Detectives charged Jordan Parker, aged 22, and Alex Boult, aged 21, both of Kidsgrove, with the murder of Jake Taylor.
Mr Taylor was seriously injured and later died, following an incident in Loomer Road, Chesterton, on 31 October 2020.
Boult and Parker appeared before magistrates at North Staffordshire Justice Centre where they were remanded in custody.
They will next appear at Stafford Crown Court on Tuesday 13 April.
