Man charged following house fire

A man has been charged following a house fire in Weston Coyney on Friday 5 June.
Duncan Milner, aged 57, of Park Hall Avenue, Weston Coyney, has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life, assault and three counts of resisting a police constable in the execution of their duty.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear before magistrates at North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (8 June).
