Detectives are investigating after a man was stabbed inside the New Penny pub in Fenton in the early hours of this morning (Saturday 25 July).
Police were called at 3.05am to reports that a man had been stabbed inside the pub on Goldenhill Road. A 38-year-old man was taken to the Royal Stoke University Hospital where he is receiving treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Officers are interested to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time or anyone who has CCTV footage.
