A man and a teenage boy have been arrested following calls that a vehicle was being damaged on Chaplin Road.
Police were called at 6pm yesterday (Wednesday 12 February) to reports that hammers and knives were being used to cause criminal damage.
A 20-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, was arrested on suspicion of affray and possession of an offensive weapon. A 15-year-old boy, also from Stoke-on-Trent, was arrested on suspicion of affray, criminal damage and possession of an offensive weapon. Both of them remain in custody at this time.
