Five men have been arrested following a stabbing in Great Haywood near Stafford.
Just after 1pm this afternoon (Tuesday 18 August) emergency services were called to a property on Abbeyfields.
A 19-year-old man was found in a serious condition and taken to hospital with multiple stab wounds.
Officers stopped a vehicle on Tixall Road a short time later and arrested five men from Stafford.
A 35-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and driving under the influence of drugs.
A further four men were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
They all remain in custody and an investigation is underway.
