Police are appealing for witnesses and information after receiving reports that a man had been attacked in Lichfield.
Officers were called to Common Lane in Fradley shortly before 3:40pm yesterday afternoon (Thursday 16 April) to reports a 39-year-old man had been beaten up with a wooden fence post – causing serious injuries to his arm.
The man was seen by police and taken to hospital.
Enquiries – including the analysis of local CCTV – are ongoing.
