A man and a woman have been charged in connection with an incident in Mallorie Road, Norton, on Tuesday (10 September).
Andrew Hulme, 43, of Stoke-on-Trent, has been charged with attempted murder.
Charlotte Hanks, 30, of Stoke-on-Trent, has been charged with encouraging/assisting in the commission of an indictable only offence.
Both will appear before magistrates at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre at 9.30am tomorrow (Monday 16 September).
