Detectives are appealing for information after a man was stabbed in Normacot last night (Tuesday 3 September).
The victim was in a black seven seater Fiat taxi in Sefton Road Normacot when he was attacked. The assault occurred approximately at 8.15pm. He was taken to the Royal Stoke University Hospital with serious injuries.
Two men have been arrested and Detectives are keen to speak to witnesses who may have witnessed or have information relating to the incident .
A 39-year-old from Stoke-on-Trent was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and a 44-year-old from Stoke-on-Trent was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit grievous bodily harm.
