Appeal following serious assault in Cannock

Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious assault which occurred outside the front door of Bar Sport, High Green, Cannock at about 12.50am on Sunday, 27 October. A 31-year-old man suffered serious facial injuries after being assaulted by two men.

One of the offenders is described as a black man, aged in his 20s, he was of slim build and wore a white t-shirt. The second offender is described as a mixed race man, also aged around 20 and of a slim build. Both men fled the scene following the attack.
