A man has been charged with criminal damage and possessing an offensive weapon in connection with an incident in Hanley on Thursday (3 October).
The incident took place in Hanley on Thursday (3 October) where a man was seen damaging a parking meter.
Rezaur Chowdhury, 37, of no fixed address, was charged with two counts of criminal damage and possessing an offensive weapon.
