Arrest following fatal fire near Eccleshall

An 83-year-old woman who died in a house fire near Eccleshall has been named.
Sadly, Sylvia Griffiths was found in her home on Windmill Lane in Croxton following a fire on Sunday (27 October).
Since the initial report, further information has come to light which has led to a police investigation being commenced.
Detectives are investigating the circumstances around the fire. A man has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and released under investigation whilst enquiries continue.
