A man has pleaded guilty to causing the death of a London rap artist earlier this year.
Jordan Birch, 23, from Woore, Shropshire, pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving and serious injury by dangerous driving following a fatal road traffic collision on Main Road, Wrinehill on 9 February.
Blaine Cameron Johnson, 28, also known as Cadet, died after the Toyota Prius he was travelling in on the way to a gig at Keele University was involved in a collision with a Vauxhall Combo van at 1.30am. Sadly, he died at the scene.
He pleaded guilty at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court today (3 December).
Birch will be sentenced on 9 January.
