East Staffs local policing go 'live' with first online surgery

East Staffs Online Surgery Poster.png

We will be hosting an online surgery for residents across the East Staffs Borough on Monday 19 March.

The surgery will provide residents with an opportunity to chat 'live' with their local policing team about any policing issues or concerns they may have within the area or their local community.

Chief Inspector Jason Nadin, local policing Commander for East Staffs says: "We would like to encourage as many people as possible to get in touch. By using their preferred digital channel, it enables us to reach and engage with a wider audience; making it more convenient for people to discuss directly with officers any concerns they may have. This new digital method of getting in touch will not replace traditional methods, such as public meetings and drop in surgeries, however, if successful, we will look to hold more events. "

The surgery will go 'live' at 7pm and you can view the chat or submit comments/questions via our website at www.staffordshire.police.uk/eaststaffordshire or via Twitter: @staffspolice @estaffspolice using hashtag #staffspolicelivechat, or Facebook: Staffordshire Police. We will also be covering the event live via Instagram follow us @staffspolice.

We want to hear from all sections of our community about any concerns, comments or suggestions - so take part, and help shape local policing.
