Apprenticeship Opportunities

If you have a willingness to learn and want to get more out of working, why not take on an apprenticeship. An apprenticeship with Staffordshire Police gives you hands on experience, a salary and the opportunity to gain qualifications while you work.

Graduate GifWhat is an apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship is a job with training. It provides an opportunity to gain recognised qualifications while you are working and earning a wage.

Learning is done on-the-job (usually one day a week) so you will have the opportunity to practise new skills in a real work environment. Apprenticeships are tailored to your specific job role and through it, you will gain technical knowledge, practical experience and wider skills for your immediate job and future career.

Open to candidates aged 16 and over, there is no upper age limit to become an apprentice.

What else can we offer you?

  • The possibility of securing a full-time position on completion of an apprenticeship qualification
