Appeal: Did you see cars stolen from trading estate in Stoke?

We are appealing for help to track down thieves who stole four cars from a garage forecourt in Stoke at the weekend.

Four cars were stolen and another seven cars were damaged in the raid at Fowlers Finance in Victoria Road, Berryhill Trading Estate between 10.30pm on Friday 29 September and 1.40am on Saturday 30 September. The thieves also damaged fencing around the property to gain access and make their escape.

All four Vauxhall cars - a silver Insignia estate; a blue Zafira and two black Astras - have since been recovered from the Fenton and Meir areas and are being examined for forensic evidence.

The Zafira was crashed into a lamppost on Weston Road, Stoke just after 11pm on Friday, causing extensive damage. The driver made off on foot.
