Do you recognise this man?

We are appealing for help to identify the man pictured, who we would like to speak to in connection with an assault at the Shell service station on Derby Road, Burton-upon-Trent on 27 August.

We received a call from a member of staff at the service station saying he had been assaulted by a customer at around midnight on the night in question.

The victim was working alone at the time and suffered facial injuries after he was punched and kicked. He also had a six-pack of beer bottles thrown at him during the attack.

The attacker then made off on foot in the direction of Sydney Street.

The man we would like to identify is described as a white man in his 20s, about six feet tall of large build and was wearing a grey T-shirt.
