Arrests made following targeted crime at Hilton Services

Officers from South Staffordshire Local Policing Team yesterday arrested three men in connection with targeted crime at Hilton Services.

A 51-year-old man from Shrewsbury was arrested on suspicion of theft and subsequently received a conditional caution.

A further two men aged 46 and 36 from Wolverhampton were also arrested on suspicion of criminal damage, going equipped to steal and theft from gaming machines. Both men were taken into custody. Following an investigation the 46-year-old was subsequently released with no further action and the 36-year-old has been released under investigation.

South Staffordshire Local Policing Deputy Commander, Sergeant Richard Gorman, said, "Hilton Services is a repeat crime location and we will take positive action against individuals involved in crime. If you see anything suspicious please contact Staffordshire Police."
