Lichfield Enquiry Office

Opening hours and location details of Lichfield Public Enquiry Office (with Lichfield District Council Offices).

Police officers work from police stations 24-hours-a-day, seven days-a-week. Enquiry office staff are available to help you during the times shown below.

In Lichfield the enquiry office is based within the Lichfield District Council building, just a few meters from the Police Station itself.

Police are often called upon to deal with issues relating to housing, neighbour disputes and anti-social behaviour and in these cases we work very closely with council colleagues to deal with those matters.

Having our services located together helps us to deal with these issues in a joined up way, and enables more efficient resolutions to some of those matters impacting on communities.

Outside of normal enquiry office opening hours, visitors can speak directly to a member of staff who can help via a wall-mounted telephone near the station main entrance.

(This police station is closed on bank holidays).
