Three charged following non-stop collision

Two men and a woman from the West Midlands are appearing in court this morning (8 March) charged in relation with a non-stop collision in Wolverhampton on Monday.

Mitchell Rose, 27, of Redshank Road, Waters Keep, West Midlands has been charged with attempted murder, conspiracy to steal a motor vehicle and assault of an emergency worker.

Brian Atkinson, 40, of Parker Street, Walsall and Carol Davies, 38, of Yew Tree Road, Shelfield, Walsall have both been charged with conspiracy to steal a motor vehicle.

All three are appearing at North Staffordshire Justice Centre this morning.

The 22-year-old man injured in the incident, which took place on Paradise Lane in Slade Heath, Wolverhampton just after noon on 4 March, remains in hospital in a stable condition.
