MAN CHARGED WITH WOUNDING IN STOKE APPEARS IN COURT

A 25-year-old man has appeared in court charged with wounding another man in Stoke on November 2.

Lee Cooper, of no fixed abode, but originally from the Wolverhampton area, appeared at North Staffordshire Justice Centre this morning (Nov 7) charged with wounding a 47-year-old man in Harding Terrace, Stoke, with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.

He has also faces two charges of possession with intent to supply heroin and cocaine in Etruria on November 5.

He was remanded in custody and will appear at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on 10 December.
