City Centre

The City Centre Neighbourhood Policing Unit (NPU) polices three neighbourhoods. They are the city centre of Stoke-on-Trent, the corridor route from the city centre to Festival Park, and Festival Park itself.

The City Centre is the largest shopping centre in Staffordshire and hosts the largest nighttime economy across the divisional area.

Festival Park was once the site of the national garden festival. It covers a huge location and is still expanding across the area once used by Shelton Bar steel foundary.

There's now a vast selection of retail, light industry and leisure activities on the site.  The City Centre is just about to see a major renewal programme.

The City Centre NPU works closely with the local authority, Stoke-on-Trent City Council, the city centre partnership and the nationally recognised Stoke-on-Trent Business Crime Initiative.
