Successful consultation day in Rawnsley
Officers from Cannock Chase Local Policing Team carried out a successful day of consultation with members of Rawnsley community.
Local officers, PC Luke Norman and PCSO Sean Nicholls, visited residents’ addresses on Wednesday 30 November to ascertain the views of people about policing issues in the area.
PCSO Nicholls said: It was good to be able to visit and speak to some of the more vulnerable members of the community. The overwhelming majority of people were happy and had no issues in their area."
PC Norman added:"The main issue of concern for some people was in relation to speeding vehicles. In addition to our Community Speedwatch scheme, we will now also be carrying out speed enforcement days in the areas of Cannock Wood Street, Littleworth Road and Rawnsley Road."
