Appeal for witnesses
Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in Loggerheads.
Emergency services were called to the roundabout on the A53, at the junction with Burntwood View, Loggerheads, just before 4.30pm on Wednesday 3 February.
A collision had occurred involving a Citreon C3 and a Citreon Relay Panel van.
The driver of the car, a 53-year-old male from the Warwickshire/Worcester area, was taken to the University Hospital of North Staffordshire for treatment to his injuries. He has since been released from hospital.
Two passengers from the vehicle were treated for shock at the scene.
Following the collision the road was closed to traffic until 7.20pm whilst collision investigators attended the scene.
