New Act Encourages Partnership Working on ASB

New legislation will give power to victims of anti-social behaviour to request a review of how their cases have been handled. The Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, which comes into effect from 20th October 2014, will require statutory agencies, including Staffordshire Police, to work together to tackle anti-social behaviour.
