Stoke-on-Trent

Stoke-on-Trent Local Policing Team (LPT) serves a population of around 238,000 covering an area of 36 square miles, and covers the six towns of Burslem, Fenton, Hanley, Longton, Stoke and Tunstall.

The LPT is headed by a Superintendent and is divided into three policing teams each with its own Chief Inspector.

  • Stoke LPT North covers: Burslem, Tunstall, Sneyd Green, Milton, Smallthorne, Packmoor, Bradeley, Goldenhill and Sandyford.
  • Stoke LPT Central covers: Etruria, Hanley, Hastshill, Basford, Stoke, Penkhull, Birches Head, Abbey Hulton, Trent Vale and Springfields.
  • Stoke LPT South covers: Fenton, Meir, Blurton, Hanford, Trentham, Dresden, Lightwood, Weston Coyney, Blurton and Normacot.
