Corporate Services
Corporate Services consists of a number of units - Data Quality Standards, Strategic Performance Development, Business Change, and Corporate Communications - which help the force to manage change, communication and corporate information on service delivery.
Responsibilities include contacting victims to check they're satisfied with the police service they've received, reporting crime statistics to the Home Office, consulting with communities to shape policing priorities, monitoring force performance and keeping communities informed on policing developments, initiatives and investigations.
